Great example of a real life story of the horror of Hospice. I do NOT trust them. They are getting millions and millions of dollars to house dying people. I've read of abuses and money laundering associated with the WOODSIDE HOSPICE.

Well, I really doubt that anybody will "tell" on Michael while he's got a judge in his back pocket.....but, if the tide begins to turn against them both....then perhaps lots will come forward with who knows what.
They have spent the first hour of CoasttoCoastAM has been spent talking about this case, and guest Kate Adamson described how she was "screaming" in her comatose state, and totally knew what was going on even though she could not communicate.

I think you may be on to something, but I'm thinking she was maybe thinking optimistically about the FL legislature coming through somehow.
yw; I understand some legal stuff. Work for lawyers. I forget sometimes that what's understandable and clear to me isn't necessarily for others.

Noory Update - Now caller says govt shouldn't interfere with husband's decisions. Sounds like a confused, stoned kid. George slam dunked him.
Next caller - if this goes through, nobody is safe anymore. Says "who will be the judge to decide 'you're life is not worth living anymore' - I'm guessing it's a Freeper. (Sounds upper midwest or Canadian). George agrees, says Terri should have "every right to keep fighting".
George says he's put contact numbers on website. Urges everyone to call.

perhaps thinking optimistically; however, with lawyers, I do know, they're always planning ahead....they've always got a "plan b" their brains are always spinning something around....they may not tell you what, because they don't want to get your hopes up...but they'll tell you they've got an "idea" if plan a doesn't work they way they want.....that's what lawyers do. And their's plenty of lawyers in Washington DC. : )
I too think she knew something of what was up the sleeves of the Senate and House Committees. The Floridians were hopeless...Frist said in his speech that authorities in Florida had told him Florida's efforts were going to fail. BTW, the fully developed story says the House is just as involved. Hastert and Delay are saying a House Committee will also subpoena her.
I heard her saying that last night....on another radio program....and last week, too. What a great woman she is, to drum this information and speak out for Terri!
I know school records are sealed from any but a parent or by court order.
I think there will be some "OTHER" police at Woodside tomorrow, after this subpoena is official. It wouldn't be nice to mess with the Federal government and their posse, which I have a feeling will mysteriously appear to protect their witness. From the words spoken by Hastert, it would seem to be that a representative from the Federal government will stride right into that place with official documents prohibiting them from touching Terri .. tomorrow could be the day Terri is removed from there!!!! (like to her Mom and Dad's loving arms.)

I totally agree!!! I definately fear for Jodi. She should check out how many abusers continue to abuse the next wife/girlfriend.
I pray for her safety too. Especially after seeing HINO/Michael on Niteline. He looked like he was on the verge of loosing it completely. The latest news may send him over the edge.
