This is outrageous conduct by the administration and the verdict will likely be overturned. This is the same administration that gave John Cheney a slap on the wrist for sending in a "goon" to rough up the St.Joseph's basketball players because he thought they were getting away with an illegal pick. The"goon" fouled out in three minutes and broke a St.Joe's player's arm.

Excellent analogy. I've been reading about this since it happened and kept thinking the homo-mafia just shot itself in the foot. But for a judge to manipulate evidence favorable for the Dean's campus rent-a-cop-thugs to arrest and involuntarily commit someone for a psychological evaluation because of their religious beliefs is an act of war in my book. It is truly a parable of Stalin arresting the religious for being "insane". This should be national news, but do you think it will ever the light of day on MSM? FOX better run this story...

Yet, at the crisis center, Bittenbender allegedly signed a statement describing Marcavage as "severely mentally disabled"

He'd better search far and wide and try to avoid judges like Greer in the Schiavo case. I would imagine Bittenbender would find Terri Schiavo 'comatose' too.

If anyone has a link to the story about the woman who was delcared to be in a 'persistent vegetative state' by her husband and other doctors, even while writing words in the air (they did notice that she was spelling legitimate words and in response sedated her for 'seizures'), please freepmail me the link. It's a story that HAS to get out in lieu of these corrupt doctors trying to kill, commit, marginalize people in order to keep truth from coming out.

I did not know that anyone could be arrested for speaking against homosexuality. Sounds like a blatant disregard for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Those involved with his arrest should perhaps be arrested.

I know--- maybe he should contact the ACLU---- maybe THEY will take up for him since his liberty to free speech was taken away!

'm really starting to think in terms of civil disobedience. Plays or other "expression" based on vile blasphemy should not be legal. I know many will disagree, but after due consideration, it is the right thing to do. And the Founding Fathers would agree.
