I was not about to get sucked into this cultural vacuum of reality TV, and celebrity trials and all that hypes. How many guys killed their wives, or women killed their husbands in the past couple of years, and non captured this extensive reporting. As a matter of fact a whole family; husband wife, and two daughters were slaughtered in N.J. a couple of month ago without any interest from the media.

Any body who thinks that Scott Peterson is guilty WITHOUT ANY DOUBT, must remember at least a couple of evidences. The fact that he had a boat, or he went fishing near that area does not qualify in reasonable people minds as a proof WITHOUT ANY DOUBT. If you have the smoking gun sort of speak, please educate me.

Oh, I agree with you: Bonny did not deserve to die, nor should her murderer go free, but the way our court system works, the evidence has to spell out guilt slightly better than it did here. Maybe Blake didn't do it, even though he wanted to. Maybe he hinted to someone that he wanted her dead, and boom - someone took care of it.

Didn't she tell him she was on birth control when she was really on fertility treatments

Yes, she took a fertility drug, Clomid, without his knowledge, and planned her illegal trip out to see him from whatever state she was on parole in, according to her cycle.

I realize no one FORCED Blake to have sex with her. But his behavior, including responsibly discussing birth control before he did it, is not heinous like hers was.

I don't know how he could have been anything but not guilty. I mean, really, his alibi was, "my wife sent me back into the restaurant because she forgot the gun." What kind of idiot comes up with that story? :'D

Jurors viewed the witnesses as big liars who testified against Blake.
I don't know if it was so much the money or Los Angeles as it was they had nothing on Blake that would have been on his body had he shot that weapon.

Oil on the gun to prevent fingerprints.
No oil anywhere on his body. There would have been traces had he wiped it.

Same for gun residue from a gun shot and no blood splatters.

They didn't have the stuff.

Blake could have hired somebody, but he did not fire that weapon.

Buckwheat -- William Thomas died at age 49 of a heart attack.

I thought John David Stutts killed Mr. Wheat

He's going to get work right away IMO.

Bet within 18 months he has several minor rolls in movies, and other shows.

For some reason, I've always thought that he played the character who was captain of the transit police in Money Train.

I suppose it's the physical resemblance.

He's gotten a lot of roles throughout his career, even if many of them weren't star turns, so it wouldn't surprise me in the least.

You have admitted that you paid little attention to the Scott Peterson case, and yet you seem to think he's innocent and that anyone on FR has the time to go through ALL the evidence to prove to YOU that he's guilty? LOL

Try a little research on the net all by your lonesome if you're so interested.

Look at the victims, willya. We got Bonnie Lee the grifter against Baretta for God's sake.

You know, you're right. What was I thinking!?!

After all, Baretta was a take-no-nonsense, straight-shooting, bend-the-rules kind of cop. If somebody got hurt at the end of the day, well that's OK. I mean, we're talking about Baretta here.

Bonnie Lee Blakely should feel honored (posthumously, of course) to have been a part of Baretta's greatest true-life murder mystery. What higher aspirations could she have had? After all, she was hardly even famous at all!

She has a movie that's on cable every now and then, it's called "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes: The Annette Funicello Story" and she's actually in it. She's really eat up with MS, her speech is shaky and she's in a wheelchair. She did alot of the narration but it was an actress by the name of Eva LaRue that played her has a grown-up. Frankie Avalon played himself, as did Dick Clark and Shelley Fabares.

The Bakely family went on tv yesterday, we heard them...didn't see them...and complained bitterly that Robert Blake had spent the past four years hiding his assets, so their civil suit wouldn't get them a single dime. No tears about dear departed Bonnie and poor little Rosie. This was all about money from start to finish.

AMC or TCM played 'Mokey' yesterday, in which Blake played a nine year old -- Mokey -- whose widowed dad had remarried. Mokey was having adjustment problems with his kindly stepmom.

Someone might have answered this but Bonnie Bakley used to send nude pictures of herself to lonely men. If you google it, you'll see the pics, they are truly disgusting.
