The references to the flamesuits are a joke I got from another freeper a couple of years ago when I was inundated with incredibly rudeness for a comment I made-real asbestos is too damn scratchy to wear...

If he is found guilty, is bailed revoked or continued pending appeal?
I'm not 100 percent sure on this, but I believe that is up to the discretion of the judge. In this case, I suspect the prosecution would push to have Blake's bail revoked because they didn't want Blake released in the first place, as I understand it.

Gosh, me too! I am going to be so sad when I can't see Michael Jackson going into court every morning so I can see what he is wearing that day!

In 1996, among all female murder victims in the U.S., 30% were slain by their husbands or boyfriends. In 1990, more than 800 women were killed by their husbands; 400 more were killed by their boyfriends. One-third of all female homicide victims are killed by husbands, ex-husbands, boyfriends or ex-boyfriends. More than twice as many women are killed by their husbands or boyfriend as are murdered by strangers. On average, more than three women are murdered by their husbands or boyfriends in this country every day. In 1999, 1,642 murders were attributed to intimates; 74 percent of the murder victims (1,218 total) were women. Females accounted for 39% of the hospital emergency department visits for violence-related injuries in 1994 but 84% of the persons treated for injuries inflicted by intimates. Family violence costs the nation from $5 to $10 billion annually in medical expenses, police and court costs, shelters and foster care, sick leave, absenteeism, and non-productivity.
So what's the big deal? Another one bites the dust. /sarcasm

"Mostly, he had multiple times gone to people he knew to try and arrange killing her."Yes but they never proved that any one of them did it or for that matter that Blake did it. No?

If convicted and gets the death penalty, Blake would die ok old age in court.

If you ask me his wife kind of asked for it. Unfortunately for Blake, he didn't watch CSI so he didn't know they could recover a filed off serial number from a gun. A gun that was registered to him.
Guilty.

Did you get my post about requesting to know why you had the opportunity to interview Bonnie Lee's best friend? I'm curious.
