Well, you can't officially have a name unless you have a birth certificate.

LOL, I guess all those children in the Bible and throughout history didn't "officially" have a name.

LOL Well, I suppose that when that requirement was first proposed it wasn't retroactive. However, "Connor" was conceived way after birth certificates were being issued in the State of California.
