A few months ago. Good to know! Now let's just hope California gets a little "trigger happy" with the executions and gets rid of quite a few more!

You mean no one who enters the world in California by Caesarean has a name?
To: PilloryHillary
If only Scott had decided to "abandon life's little inconveniences" rather than kill them off.

ALL of American jurisprudence was, and is, based on God's law. Oh really? So why is abortion legal then?

Greta gets another paycheck. Ho-hum.

Scott Petersen committed double murder. Life, according to science, begins with DNA. DNA begins at conception. Dude, I'm not arguing that Peterson wasn't guilty of double murder. I'm saying that there is nothing wrong with the media referring to the victim as "fetus" instead of "Connor".
By the way, I'm a practicing Southern Baptist.

Oh really? So why is abortion legal then? Because liberals call them fetus' and not humans because they have no name.

Oh, gotcha. Well, I can agree with that if they are using the term to describe the technical location of the child, which was in the womb. But it's okay to name the child Connor once he died. Butthe press would be crossing their own liberal-line to give an unborn child a name. But I see your point. Sorry to have flamed ya :)

You mean no one who enters the world in California by Caesarean has a name? Those who come into the world by Caesarean are given birth certificates. "Born" does not just refer to the typical vaginal birth.

Why the "Nightstalker" Richard Ramirez isn't on that list I don't understand.
According to that Department of Corrections list, the average wait is about 20 years, so Scott has plenty of time, sadly.

Because liberals call them fetus' and not humans because they have no name. A name is not what makes one a human. My grandfather was two years old before he ever had a name (yes, that was the mother of all baby name disputes!). Doesn't mean he wasn't human.

He'll out live Me, for sure, but only because it was not My Daughter, and My Grandson.

But it's okay to name the child Connor once he died. Yes, I agree. I think it is altogether fitting and proper for the family to name him and give him a proper burial. I'm just not sure the courts or media should.

And Connor, who was found outside Laci's womb, was not given a birth certificate because ... ?

ohmygosh... I was just joking! Should have known! I'm STILL waiting to find out why exactly Amber needed a lawyer! Gloria's omnipresence is becoming more of a disgusting display of "me me me me" than a display of legal representation.

"The court is satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant, Scott Lee Peterson, is guilty of first-degree murder'' and second degree, Delucchi said.
I have a problem with the fact that there was even a possibility that the judge could overturn the jury's verdict. To do so is unconstitutional in my opinion.
