Good.
Wonder if he'll die of old age before he's executed?

I prefer "unborn child." It is more pleasant to hear. But I usually prefer hearing the technical term so that people understand the difference.

I don't believe for a moment that Scott will survive in San Quentin more than a year or two." Problem with that is that prisoners sentenced to death are kept separate from the rest of the prison community and have single cells. They do not even get to have recreation with other death row prisoners. He will live a long life in prison.

They mean life waiting for death. Death row, unless a fellow inmate decides to take the law in his own hand.

Oklahoma just completed a
real death sentence last night....
Still took too long, IMO...Something like 15 years to complete it.
But it DID get done.

All of your logic is immaterial as we are dealing with feminist word games here. Per feminists, a baby is a baby only if it's mother wants it. If the mother does not want the baby, it is a lump of cells and called a fetus. Actually, I try to go with the scientific definition rather than the "feminist propaganda" one. As my dictionary puts it: "fetus (noun) - In humans, the unborn young from the end of the eighth week after conception to the moment of birth, as distinguished from the earlier embryo."

What if somebody gets Scott in the shower? Guard looks the other way and WHAM...that's it. Didn't Jeffrey Dahmer get killed in prison even though he was in protective custody? Even the most hardened criminals don't like baby killers.

Not in a court of law.
OK..now you're REALLY beginning to disturb me! I do hope that you're not a lawyer because I would be deathly afraid to have you represent me.
God is sovereign over all things, everywhere, at all times.
Yes, you do have some whacked out judges that think they rule supreme over God, but they are greatly mistaken.
ALL of American jurisprudence was, and is, based on God's law. Have you ever read Blackwell's commentaries? It might serve you well...

Although I appreciated the obscure reference, there IS a difference between California case law and Shakespeare.

Almost doesn't seem fair that Peterson gets death while this Schiavo creep is going to get off scot free if he kills his wife.

LOL, I guess all those children in the Bible and throughout history didn't "officially" have a name. LOL Well, I suppose that when that requirement was first proposed it wasn't retroactive. However, "Connor" was conceived way after birth certificates were being issued in the State of California.

No.he was Greta von Sustern and Larry King's obsession for about a year.

Well, you can't officially have a name unless you have a birth certificateOfficially according to whom?
There have been people ion the past who were told to give their child a particular name. Whether or not your an atheist doesn't change that. Scott Petersen committed double murder. Life, according to science, begins with DNA. DNA begins at conception.

And Gloria Allred will somehow find her way into the middle of all of it! Ain't life grand!
