Some white students at a South Jersey Catholic school walked out of classes Tuesday in protest over a speech by the New Jersey Secretary of State Regina Thomas.
Tensions have been building up at Paul VI High School since Thomas' speech on racial justice last week.

And then there's "Convinced".
I didn't say that they didn't I was pointing out that my husband who is white left before me, unaccosted and I being black was pulled over without explanation. Just relating an experience....
The racism I see from whites vis a vis blacks is more of the snotty, condescending kind and is reflected more in attitudes than actual violence.
In the case that you referenced, it was telling that those morons in Portland attacked a peaceful Ethiopian rather than go to the PJs in NE Portland and dare any black folk who lived there to come out and fight.
I believe it. There's a running joke among the deaf that either they are unemployed (on SSI) or working at USPS. Most deaf people are illiterate...
Clemenza, please don't talk to me anymore. I have no upper body strength and I am black. I hate to waste another keystroke on your nonsense. I need a Tylenol after your last post. This is what I am talking about when I say ignorance is an INDIVIDUAL thing.
you are kidding right?
clemenza is a good guy... I disagree with the whole upper body strength thing, but even then he's talking about MEN not women. And where I live, the black ladies will get a person's face in a heartbeat but to me it seems more of a function of class than race with respect to how they deal with confrontations. As for snotty white people, well he's right about that according to the stories from my mom but I'm glad she can be snotty right back and do it in a nice way.
Deaf young people don't know how to read?? Even if you're deaf, you can still learn to read unless not being able to hear oneself read does something to the learning process. I have no idea because I'm not deaf.
I will take you at your word, Cyborg, but I have to go and cook dinner for my people. Fight the good fight while I'm gone.
Wow a woman that cooks for her family!!! have a nice afternoon
And it should. This practice of bowing down or pacification every time the "race card" is played is ridiculous.
I grew up in a poor neighborhood, with lousy schools and a pretty bleak future. I decided to change that and worked hard. I could not afford to go to college so I took a job in a computer company (as a delivery person) and taught myself how to program! I then slowly moved up. There were a lot of lean years but I made it. Never once did I blame my past when things got rough.
Of course, since I am white, it was easy, all the corporate doors opened up and "the man" welcome me with open arms while shoving boatloads of money at me. Ah, the power of being **white**.
{that last paragraph for sarcastic. That should be obvious, but some people on this thread are humor-challenged and will post ugly messages}

"What color is the sun on your planet?" The same as it is for all hypocritical racists.
Evidently, they haven't run across "turner Diaries" in his multiple jaunts onto FR.

I wonder if the walkout would have even happened even one year ago? The Ward Churchill fiasco seems to be doing for victicrat race-baiting what the MacKinnon-Dworkin shenanigans of the 80s did for radical feminism. People can take only so much collective guilt-peddling until they wise up to the game, and consign such hate-driven ideologies to the historical dust heap.
hey there!
Rush is talking about this now.
