No, no, this is great! If liberals think evangelicals are FOR something, they'll surely want to be AGAINST it, no matter the reasoning, just out of sheer blind hatred. This might strike the biggest blow ever to the "Global Warming" nonsense.

The soft underbelly of global warming is the wackos' opposition to windmills and tidal generators. If the 'fragile planet' is in such dire danger, then the sacrifice of a few fish and birds should be insignificant. But no, they are sacred, while the survival of individuals is nothing important. No worries. Global Warming is fly paper, and the left wing is a bunch of flies unable to escape it.

Nope! The tea leaves have been read by the DNC. They've seen the fractures between the Religious Right and the more Libertarian-wing of the conservative movement. Issues such as trade, immigration (even legal immigration), and morality type issues & the clamor for legislation to prevent these 'deviant' behaviors, have been very divisive within the conservative movement lately. The Democrats are no dummies - they will exploit whatever weakness to the movement that they can. Their most current strategy appears as though it may work. Unless, of course, the various factions that make up the conservative movement have some real deep and open-minded conversations with one another, and quickly. As one of those who leans libertarian but yet is a Christian, the only thing I can do is to try and be provocative and persuasive. I hope that others are willing to do the same.
