I don't know if these protestors are prepared to bring enough food to feed Michael Moore.

The global day of protest is set for Saturday, March 19th and calls for vigils, rallies, marches, supposedly nonviolent civil disobedience, and protests outside military bases and military recruitment offices.
Oh "vigils", I thought you had said "virgins"....never mind.

The "Shamoo" was created by Al Capp. His other characters ended up in the White House for eight years in the 1990s.

I'd like to know where the 100,000 dead Iraqis figure keeps coming from.

Actually, it was a Shmoo that was created by Al Capp. They were fat little characters who did everything for you. Capp showed how having everything done for you caused the people to become lazy. The people drove out the Shmoos. So the Shmoo is a good character to represent the Dims.

I don't know where it comes from, but I find a strange comfort in it. It means there have been no more Iraqis deaths since the original invasion because that is the figure that has been used since then.

Those are the victims of Saddam through the years that the libs are trying to pin on Bush. Don`t you know? Everything is Bushs fault. The holocaust? That`s Bushs fault. The war of 1812? That`s Bushs fault. The meteor that killed the dinosaurs? That`s Bushs fault.
