For the love of God, please remove those "Kerry/Edwards" bumper stickers from your cars and trucks!
In case you didn't get the memo, your side lost. It's like you're walking around with a big "L" on your forehead -- Loser!
I'm not sure why you still have that sticker on your bumper. Maybe it's been too cold outside for you to remove it. Maybe your post-election depression is so deep you can't bring yourself to take it off. Maybe you're living in denial. Maybe you've been too busy spreading lies and rumors about the future of Social Security and judicial nominations that you haven't had enough time to get it off your vehicle.
Or maybe it's even worse than I thought....

I bought some magnetic backed paper, cut out a piece the size of my BUSH bumper sticker, stuck the sticker on it and put it on my car.
Very slowly and carefully, and if bits remain, use a produt called Goo Gone.
Many thanks.
Washing your bumper could get expensive.
Lighter fluid..or anything that has Naptha in it
My theory was that there were a lot of students in the area, particularly at the School of Art and Design in Savannah, by definition one of those artsy-fartsy "liberal-arts" colleges that northerners send their kids down to because they don't want to get a real job.
Thanks - FReepers are truly a font of knowledge.
Really, I've seen each of the examples I've cited. Usually, I've been with someone and I point out how weird it is to see a Kerry sticker on a car with uniformed military folks getting out of it. Or a pickup truck with a gun rack. Odd.
My wife's very liberal, lawyer daughter still has her very small car festooned with Kerry/Edwards stickers and other camapaign paraphernalia. She's a very nice person, and I don't have the heart to tell her that her candidates lost (yuk, yuk).
Before you said adult male, I was thinking that was my wife's daughters car you were talking about. She has most of those stickers, and drives an Escort. By the way, I live in Wisconsin, but she drives here from Minnesota frequently to visit her mother.
Remove them! their holding my truck together.
Perhaps I do not get out enough, but I seem to see more Kerry bumper stickers now than I ever saw last year.
Back in the 1960s when I was a kid there was a huge billboard which I saw nearly everyday which was for Lyndon Johnson. That billboard stayed up into the 1970's. I sheite you not.
The Massachusetts McGovern bumper stickers were popular up here for a long time after 1972 as well.
I still have my high school ride--1977 F-150. My dad keeps it at his place to haul junk around. Still has the "Defend Firearms-Defeat Dukakis" sticker on the back window!
New tagline off a sign I saw today on a guys truck. Heh!
Oh, I love that tagline! LOL
Goo Gone will take care of it.
The bumper sticker I like is... Visualize Whirled Peas
Good point. People who drive trucks often perform actual physical labor, which leaves out most libs.
I have to give our most libral demon party hack credit for dutifully going around after the election and taking down all the lawn signs he plastered all over.
Some of the losers in Minnesota are still driving around with Wellstone stickers and that sawed off little commie has been gone for a while.
