BTW, when I heard Fox go to the Atlanta reporter who first gave the handcuff story, I posted it but I waited to hit "post" because I was just sure that Bridget Quinn would have him repeat that part (so I could confirm I'd heard correctly) as it was (to me) so stunning and such news.
