Even if the woman flipped him off (which I highly doubt since she is a conservative with two children in the car) there was no justification for his insane behavior that might have caused a serious accident. She protected her children, called the police, manage to evade the guy and he's now awaiting a court date. Quick witted, brave and committed to justice being served. Naturally she's a Bush voter. :-)

Coincidentally, there is a 'Nathan Winkler' who is on probation with the Florida Department of Corrections and happens to be a sex offender. I compared the two pics, and it's not the same person so far as I can see.
