he was one of the good guys....really country, not the phoney baloney we have now.....

Not many people know this but Chris was an explosive and dynamic live perfomer and Garth Brooks patterned a lot of what he did after Chris' performing style.
Chris was a good guy.

I can proudly say that I went to a Chris LeDoux concert....during one song, all the young cowboys and wannabees threw their chew canisters on the stage.....
one of the best, most animated concerts I ever went to.....
I am going now to find his CD and put it up loud for my hubby to hear when he comes home.....

He died from liver cancer today. He was 56 years old in Wyoming, Yahoo has a story about him.
