Bill Clinton didn't ask for my help, but I thought I would volunteer. If I were about to undergo more surgery, I would worry about my mortality and try to make peace with my Maker. Bill, for the sake of your soul, sign this and get it sent out.

My fellow Americans, thank you for your kind words and prayers as I am about to again undergo surgery. Because God has given me a second chance, I must clear my conscience.
I am so sorry that I disappointed many of my fans. But more than that, I am sorry for the things I did to others, especially women.
Paula Jones, I am sorry. I did what you said I did.
Juanita Broaddrick, I am sorry. I did what you said I did.
Kathleen Willey, I am sorry. I did what you said I did.
Linda Tripp, I am sorry. We were trying to set you up to take a fall. You were right to tape record conversations to protect yourself.
Monica, I am sorry. I should have never taken advantage of you as I did, but I am weak.
Dr. Lewinsky, I am sorry that your name is now associated with a sexual act. What I did with your daughter was unforgivable, but I ask for forgiveness.
Kenneth Starr, you are a decent and honorable man. I am so sorry that I allowed people on my team to trash you in public. You didn't deserve that, and it shouldn't have happened.
I am sorry that I allowed the transfer of missile technology to the Chinese communists. I needed the money for my campaign, and it didn't matter from where it came.
To all the others, I am sorry I committed perjury, obstructed justice, produced false affidavits, threatened witnesses, and tried to subvert the legal system.
Hillary and Chelsea, I am sorry I publicly humiliated you. Sometimes I just couldn't help myself. I have no self control. Hillary, what you want to do to this country cannot happen. Please resign from the Senate and do some kind of work to help people. All the criminal activity has to end now, and you need to begin making restitution. The closer you come to your own mortality, the more clearly you will understand what I am saying.
There are many others who are owed an apology. I wanted power so badly and wanted to hold onto it so badly, that I just could not tell the truth and was willing to hurt others to keep it.
I am sorry I divided America. The vast right wing was not out to get me. They just wanted me to be accountable for what I did.
With a clear conscience, I prepare to go into surgery without fear. A great weight has been lifted, and I no longer fear my mortality.
God bless America. May the healing of our nation be my legacy.

If he read this, there would be no need for the procedure. He'd be dead within 3 seconds. :-)
Yeah right. In his mind, he didn't do anything wrong (or at least nothing serious enough to feel guilty about or humble himself over.)
Sociopaths do not have conciences or the ability to take responsibility for their misbehavior. Bill Clinton is neuro-biologically unable to make such an honest statement.
Maybe when facing his mortality???

You forgot about the lies he told during the one hundred days of ethnic cleansing that took place in Rwanda.
We all need to work on our own personal inventory. His personal inventory on which he has to work is many large volumes. Cocaine to young girls. Assault and rape. Perjury and obstruction of justice. None of us lead perfect lives, but I don't think we have a long list of FReeper rapists.
I could have written a book for the press release, but I thought brevity would be appreciated here.
