The brilliant Krauthammer nails the left, and Jon Stewart.

Jon Stewart, the sage of Comedy Central, is one of the few to be honest about it. "What if Bush … has been right about this all along? I feel like my world view will not sustain itself and I may … implode." Daniel Schorr, another critic of the Bush foreign policy, ventured, a bit more grudgingly, that Bush "may have had it right." -Charles Krauthammer

Schorr has a thousand times more credibility than Stewart.

They were right that Bush doesn't have a deep grounding in history, but they forget he is a MANAGER, trained in his profession to weigh and take the advice of hired experts.
His National Security Advisor and now Secretary of State is one of the world's foremost experts on the former Soviet Union, and on how it was brought down by President Reagan.

Besides, they're a bunch of twits.

Not good enough. I want to hear the lamentations of his women.

President Bush (43) will have liberated more people and through forced democracy, raised the human rights standards of more Arab people than the Prophet. Silence. Even Napoleon was given credit for breaking the power of the Kings of Europe and providing for the self determination of the people he conquered.

We live in a world where some in the UN have made huge profits from war sanctions that they passed - but no condemnation or calls for Ann an to resign. They overlook of the genocide in Rwanda - Who cares, but give us a daily body count (Vietnam style). Children are raped in Rwanda as part of the U.N. peace keeping missions - whats the weather tomorrow? An Iraqi girl tells of her mistreatment under Saddam - she's lying, lets do an expose.

The press will cover Impeached President Clinton making speeches for cash because he is loved all over the world - just jet setting on our dime. Self promoting Bono going overseas - give him the Nobel Prize!! President Carter is overseeing elections in Haiti, Panama, etc. reporting that they went well when massive fraud occurred - Lets do a retrospective of his accomplishments in office.

Hopefully some Historian (non PBS self promoter/keeper of the truth and perspective) will see the facts as they are a actually portray the great things this president has done. But since they still dream of using their bias to getting people like John Kerry and Hillary Rodham into the
White House, we may have to wait a generation for this acknowledgment to occur.

Finally, not being able to objectively report the problems of Social Security, shows how far they have fallen and ceased to be any type of institution in our society. They are not the fourth estate - they are still fulfilling the advocacy dreams of their liberal journalism professors who preached Watergate and the hatred of the right. Now they are in the desert, aimlessly wandering around for their sacred cow (Hillary to worship => false idle that she is) and I no of no one who will lead them out. I can think of no better punishmnet than having to walk behind Hillary in the hot desert!

The Bush middle east doctrine was probably just common sense to Pres. Bush, who is a common sense MBA kind of guy.

Everyone else simply kept rearranging the deck chairs. President Bush knew that they need to switch ships.

Same old, same old wouldn't accomplish anything. Changing the actual situation on the ground would add new possibilities and kill old entrenchments.

Common sense.

When Charles Krauthammer speaks, I listen. He is one of the few with depth. My day is made when he is on with Brit Hume.
