Well, I'm sorry Gannon has to deal with this crap, but if the rats in Washington have been crushed to the extent where they are left pursuing such a non-issue event as far as politics, we've truly one the war.

Why are we not surprised that these 'ethical' congressfolks
DO NOT CARE about cBS's attempt to manipulate the US election?

ANSWER: Because the fraud would have helped Democrats

Evidently the Dems view Gannon as such a threat that this is their War on Terror.

I'll stick with Pres. Bush's version.

Watch for dems to jump all over this non-issue. They will be looking for anything at all, no matter how ridiculous, to go after Bush. And once they find something that sticks, even something as dumb as this, they will work towards trying to impeach Bush. They are fishing and will not stop until they are back in what they feel is their Goddess given throne of power.

We hope that this resolution gets to the bottom of whether any processes were abused in favoring Mr. Guckert, a fake reporter from a fake news organization,

????? it doesn't sound like they have a clue. They can't even come up with a good innuendo.

We cannot allow the White House to stonewall the United States Congress and the American people on an issue of such importance.

Speak for yourself, Slaughter. Personally, I think the War on Terror is a HECK of a lot more important than your political snipe hunt.

And speaking of the integrity of the press corps...

D.C. press galleries' history of corruption from WND. From 2002. Where ya been, Slaughter et. al.?

“We cannot allow the White House to stonewall the United States Congress and the American people on an issue of such importance. This is a matter of national security and unethical White House media manipulation.

How many of these liliputions did all they could to obfuscate any investigation into Clinton trading missile guidance to the Chinese for campaign contributions?
I wonder how they will blame President Bush when some of this technology is found in North Koreas possession.

Their fundamental issue is based on a false premise--that the White House Press Corps is fair, unbiased, professional and honest.

A herd of elephants would do a better job--and the press room would be cleaner after they left. ;-)

Waste of money.
Ask the average person on the street if they want time and money spent on this.

I don't remember the Dims rising up in anger when the "reporter" worked ahead of time to get a Marine to ask Rumsfeld a loaded question about Humvee armor.

I would think that most of their complaints can be trumped with a simple 1st amendment defense. And what exactly is a "fake" reporter and a "fake" news organization? That has the potential to be a silver bullet question if some courageous reporter would ask it.

McClellan should get out there and enumerate how many of these "congressmen" are members of the Democratic Socialists of America, a real security threat.
