Do you think the MSM press really wants to White house and Congress digging too deep around the White house press room. Who knows what is hidden under these rocks they hide under.
IMO that is exactly how the White House needs to handle this, they need to say they will investigate but will expand the investigation to include every "reporter" in the daily PC. They will make sure of their real names and make sure none are concealing anything in their personal lives.
I think they think they are still immune from scrutiny.
