"I just figured that somebody had to step up and say how they felt," said Leierwood during an interview Tuesday morning at the MayDay Cafe in South Minneapolis. "I wanted to see a pacifist on TV."
????????????
Thanks for this latest peek into the huge and fast-growing category of "must miss" T.V.
How would someone who doesn't watch tv get the idea that appearing on a cheesy reality show with a title like "Wife Swap" would change any minds or get her message out? It sounds like she was put up to it by somebody.
Leierwood didn't play by all the rules. She chose to sleep at a nearby hotel because, she said, she was uncomfortable with the guns and a crossbow in the Patricks' house.Isn't hypocracy grand?"It unnerved me more to sleep in a house with guns," Leierwood said, "than to live in my neighborhood with gangs."
Just damn.
If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...
... pacifist- they never make sense.
This woman obviously has a terminal case of dumbass...
I want to see a Pacifist on TV too -- I want to see them standing idly by while a terrorist threatens their entire family with slow death. Then I want to see a US Marine rush in and blow the terrorist away before he carries out his nefarious plans.
Ah, yes. She just had to step up to the plate because there are so few leftist peaceniks represented on TV. Of course.
And ABC immediately recognized that they had to fix this imbalance in their programming.
Wouldn't the tv and video cameras suck in her soul and kill her, or something?
So what is she trying to say there?
Think of it!!!! Now for some $5000 you can buy one of these now magnificent TV sets and see sh*t in glorious detail.
Can "smell-o-vision" be far behind?
Where I'm from we'd say she's "ate up with the dumb ass".
LOL.
This same scenario happened on another show - maybe "Trading Spouses." I was flipping around one night and I watched a woman who had been swapped, who was anti-war and a real b***h, berate a man that had a son in law in Iraq. The man looked like he was going to punch her, but kept his cool.
Actually when I saw this post I thought it was a repeat.
That about sums it all up, doesn't it? Liberals never really play by the rules do they?
OMG I saw that show. I wanted to KILL her *lol*
If you buy a TV you'll see plenty.
The Southern mom went up to Minneapolis and found a biracial family living in a very sterile, uncomfortable house where everyone was required to take off his shoes before entering. The kids were repressed and depressed, but she tried to teach them to relax and have fun. It was sad to see the eldest Minneapolis child, who had been turned into a neurotic her mother--the poor girl spent half her life cleaning while muttering to herself about how filthy everything was, even though it was spotless. She really needs therapy.
Actually, I'd say this could be good. Imagine a house full of conservatives, kids included, taking her to task with her wacky, leftist notions.
I say she cried by the second show because the conservative family was laughing so hard at her tea sipping, crystal worshipping, mother earth crap. I know I'd have some fun!
