"No one can be the arbiter of life except God himself." [1]
America suffers from the rule of judges supplanting the rule of law and the will of the people. Men in black robes, rather than legislators, are making and repealing laws. Man's laws and natural laws are being undermined not by legal reasoning but fiat. [2]
Let us look at the judicial homicide case of Terri Schiavo.
In 'virulent judicial activism,' [3] Circuit Judge George Greer of Pinellas County, Florida has recently stated he is no longer "comfortable" in granting Terri Schiavo another 'stay of execution.'
And so, activist Judge Greer next issued a court order mandating that on March 18, 2005, Terri's palliative care, which is ordinary 'nutrition and hydration' (also crudely known as a 'feeding tube') will be removed, commencing her most painful death by starvation/dehydration. [4]

This judge has to be stopped! It seems that even if this March 18 date is dropped, then it's April 18 and so on and so on! April is the cruelest month. Let the judge be the one to wipe her face as she is suffering unknown horrors, making sure no water gets near her lips...
I agree, there needs to be no more dates for terri's death. DCFS needs to take her into their custody and cancel all future dates of murder for Terri!
The condemned prisoner, Terri Schiavo, has harmed no one. She has committed no crime. The only reason she is to be executed is that she herself was hurt and isn't all she used to be.
So people are FINALLY starting to pay attention to this Greer maniac?
Bout time.
Greer is a moron who has never taken the time to even visit Terri S. to see for himself what those in the pro euthanasia crowd are telling him. Somehow Felos steered this case to him and the Schindler's can't get by him. And of course the Florida Supreme court more interested in who has the power, struck down Governor Jeb Bush's sponsored "Terri's law."
There are way too many judges out there playing God. Mark Levin's book is very good. Everyone should read it. "Men in Black".
Did Greer say that or was it the writers interpretation?
I wouldn't doubt he'd say it but I've only read that he won't allow anymore "stays".
It's in quotation marks above, but even if it isn't quoted correctly, it is morally impeccable. This is precisely an execution at Judge Greer's hands.
