I really need some encouragement here. Terri is gonna die. The powers that be have already decided. I just can't deal with this anymore. MY Faith is shattered. I am very upset, as I know you all are, but I honestly can't deal with this anymore. The government is not our friend. They are putting all laws aside just so they can kill our Terri.I want to know WHY. They will never tell us. Come on Jeb. Do something. If Jeb Bush doesn't do something, I have lost all faith in humanity.
It is very discouraging. I just don't know how her parents deal with it. Don't give up yet. Terri's case has been a real eye opener for me.
Everyone gets discouraged but we have to turn it into determination. The legislature is back to work tomorrow. There are good God fearing men in the legislature. Terri's law was passed and it saved her life. They can do something now that will stand against scrutiny.
I think that we are at the point where this situation can be compared to a poker game, I hope and believe that Jeb is not going to show his hand until he has to.
Not saying I agree with that but, Greer is showing his imcompetence more and more each time something he turns down a motion. Gibbs is giving Greer a bit of the rope at a time, and Greer may very well hang himself, so to speak, with either DCF or Gibbs motions.
If Greer has the unmitigated gall to deny further testing he is really treading on thin ice, DCF is in there now and I don't think he's going to get away with too much more.
This is the THIRD time they have attempted to kill Terri and they failed TWICE before. They will fail this time, too. Don't you worry your pretty little head. We're waging war on Terri's behalf. This DCF investigation is what is going to save Terri. It has to.

Remeber twice Terri ahs had her feedign tube removed and TWICE it has been ut back on.
The United States Congress is working on passing a bill to save terri, that should give you hope right there. Plus take a look at the Medical Affidavits, did you find them on this message Board?
One of them is by the Editor in Chief of the American Journal of Physicians and Surgeons and he says Terri is not PVS.
The only wayt Micky and greer and Felos are getting away with this is because in 2000, 5 eyars ago they adjudged her to be in a Persistent Vegetative State. If you look at the Medical Affidavits, after the year 2000 there has been a new medical diagnosis, Minumaly Conscious. The laws in Florida only apply if people are PVS, and these Medical Affidavits swear that terri should have a PET scan and Funtional MRI in order to determine brain functioning. Greer and Felos doctors looked at CT Scans which the doctors in the Affidavits say is lousy for adjudicating PCV. Must have PET and Functional MRI.
if you read the Medical Affidavits you will be encouraged. Greer is going to listen to them this week, but it wasn't today (I don't think)
So keep your chin up and pray for our Fater to send his Warrior Angels to surround Terri and protect her from all that would do her harm.
Judge Greer also made a decision that is grounds for a reversible error, he is hearing that one later in the week. it is the item about how he screwed up the timeline on the Karen Ann Quindlen case, he determinded that when Terri said comments about the case, she was a minor. A Florida Attorney tipped off Gibbs that actually karen Anne Quindland lived until terri was an adult. So this was an assumtion Greer made that isn't necissariy true so it can be a reversible error.
Hold your head up and don't be discouraged. If you are discouraged take that as motivation to write e-mails and make phone calls. WE ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE, every one of terri's freeprs, with every one of our actions we are helping to turn this thing around.

I know how you feel. I will NEVER lose faith in God. But WE are God's hands, feet and mouth ON THIS EARTH. It is up to THE PEOPLE to get on their feet and get angry. Otherwise Government is going to let this happen. I am certainly losing faith in Jeb Bush. If HE lets this happen he's as evil as the rest. That will really disappoint me as I had always thought him one of the better Governors in the land. The ENTIRE situation is OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL. I live far too far away. But Florida citizens HAD BEST GET TO TALLAHASSE and start raising some you know what. Let's face it, Governments WILL DO whatever the people LET them do. This matter should have NEVER been in the Courts. It should have been a DCF matter from the beginning of the problems. As soon as M. Schiavo began denying Terri treatment it should have been taken over from him. He has gotten away with far too much already.
