Everyone gets discouraged but we have to turn it into determination. The legislature is back to work tomorrow. There are good God fearing men in the legislature. Terri's law was passed and it saved her life. They can do something now that will stand against scrutiny.
I think that we are at the point where this situation can be compared to a poker game, I hope and believe that Jeb is not going to show his hand until he has to.
Not saying I agree with that but, Greer is showing his imcompetence more and more each time something he turns down a motion. Gibbs is giving Greer a bit of the rope at a time, and Greer may very well hang himself, so to speak, with either DCF or Gibbs motions.
If Greer has the unmitigated gall to deny further testing he is really treading on thin ice, DCF is in there now and I don't think he's going to get away with too much more.

This is a third try at Attempted Murder under the cover of letting one have their alleged wish be carried out. Yet, We know Terri is responsive and interactive and knows her family and interacts with them in a knowing loving way. May Mr.Schiavo be prosecuted to the full extent of the Law for each and every infraction as he tortured Terri and her family.
