Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

LOL! You know something, I've mentioned ad nauseum that because of an illness about twelve years ago I nearly dehydrated to death. Someone at the rally with a microphone (I have no idea who it was...I should be more careful who I talk to) asked why I was there and I said, first because Terri is an innocent woman the court is trying to legally murder, second because judges are run-a-way legislators and need to be stopped, third because I KNOW what dehydration feels like and NO ONE, I mean NO ONE should die that way. When she asked, I told her it's like having someone cut your oxygen off...your body screams for air. Being dehydrated is the same feeling, except your body is screaming for liquid. It was quite possibly the worst experience of my entire life. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE KILLED IN THIS WAY...EVER!!!

The battle over Terri Schiavo's life in the Florida courts, Legislature and U.S. Congress moved into cyberspace when hackers shut down a popular newssite noted for its probing coverage of the ongoing euthanasia case.

The Empire Journal, an Internet publication dedicated to exposing government fraud, corruption and abuse of power in New York state, expanded its focus about three months ago to include similar matters that have surfaced in the Terri Schiavo case.

Stories have included evidence of Medicare and Medicaid fraud, the refusal of law enforcement at both state and local levels to investigate allegations of abuse perpetrated upon the brain-disabled woman, and – in a major report titled "Schiavogate: The Big Coverup" – evidence of numerous violations of Florida guardianship law, allegedly committed by Pinellas Circuit Court Judge George Greer, who has been in charge of the case since late 1999.

The site was shut down for 30 hours.

"It is easy to draw the conclusion that we have hit a major nerve in uncovering vast corruption," said June Maxam and Ginger Berlin, co-publishers of The Empire Journal, in an online message to their readers.

Maxam and Berlin said the hacking began last week with a threatening message placed on the site, directed at their coverage of the case. Then, on Sunday, the "Schiavogate" piece was removed by hackers almost as quickly as it was posted.

Security measures were tightened and the article was republished, but the attacks continued.

On Tuesday, several new articles were posted, including one about Greer's refusal to postpone Schiavo's court-ordered starvation death pending an investigation by the Florida Department of Children and Families of some 30 allegations of abuse against the brain-damaged woman.

Another piece revealed some disturbingly friendly connections between Terri Schiavo's estranged husband and legal guardian, Michael Schiavo, and former Pinellas County Sheriff Everett Rice, who now is a member of the Florida House of Representatives. Just before he left office following his election to the state Legislature, Rice hired Schiavo – a registered nurse – to work in the Pinellas County jail.

It also turns out that the mother of Jodi Centonze, Schiavo's live-in girlfriend with whom he has had two children, worked for years for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department.

Some suggest these connections explain why Rice never investigated the numerous allegations of abuse that Terri's parents, their attorneys and other supporters have lodged against Schiavo over the years.

"The relationship of Rice and [Michael] Schiavo raises grave questions of alleged impropriety in the Terri Schiavo case and ongoing allegations of conspiracy, collusion and cover-up which have resulted in calls for Gov. Jeb Bush to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the matter and the impaneling of the grand jury," wrote Berlin and Maxam.

"Rice's hire of Schiavo came at the same time contentious guardianship proceedings were proceeding in the courtroom of his long-time friend, Sixth Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer, where Schiavo was seeking to end the life of his wife by court order of Greer."

After that article appeared on The Empire Journal, without warning the entire site disappeared. Archived articles were removed along with the newly posted pieces. Some have been recaptured, others may be irretrievably lost.

Maxam told WND the perpetrators had to crack the firewall of their server, and other websites could be in danger. After transferring the site to a dedicated server, by yesterday afternoon The Empire Journal was back up and running.

The two activists-turned-publishers intend to "remain vigilant in investigating and reporting on Terri Schindler-Schiavo's tragic situation and the corruption that certainly appears to be present. We are not going away."

Court documents and other information are posted on the Schindler family website.

Jeb Bush said to wfla radio that "he feels strongly about saving Terri Schiavo and he feels that most Floridians agree with him." So, Jeb has spoken again on the matter. But, he hasn't addressed the State of Insurrection in Pinellas County.

Will the police OBEY HOSPICE, GREER, MICHAEL or GOVERNOR BUSH when the rubber meets the road? Will the peaceful vigilers get arrested in the interim and wrapped up in the orange vinyl fence to subdue us like we are PERPETRATORS? I hope not.

THE POLICE, WHERE ARE THEIR LOYALTIES? Are they so on the kill side of this equation?

COPS FROM OTHER STATES ARE SPEAKING OUT. THEY THINK THE PINELLAS PARK P.D. IS A DESPICABLE BODY AND ALSO THE SHERIFF'S DEPT. Even law enforcement is looking at Florida like A CRAZY, UNRULY PLACE. Even a policeman from Oregon (where they have assisted suicide) SAID THAT WHAT IS HAPPENING TO TERRI IN FLORIDA IS BEYOND BELIEF. TOTALLY BEYOND BELIEF.

WHO WILL THE COPS OBEY? WILL THEY KEEP GUARDING TERRI SO GREER CAN MURDER HER? WILL GREER OBEY JEB AND THE LEGISLATURE OR THE FEDS OR IS GREER ON AUTO-PILOT to murder Terri?

At some point, we may have to call the USDOJ and the Atlanta FBI to send the feds in to save Terri from local law enforcement.
