DCF has definitely had some black eyes in the past. But that aside, Greer you seriously want to mess with the agency that takes kids away from their parents kicking and screaming? Talk about barking up the wrong tree.

It does look to me like Gibbs has done a very important thing in allowing Greer opportunity to correct his rulings with every motion that's been filed. For example, Greer denying holy communion-religious rights violated, and the motions today. It is blatantly obvious that Greer is ruling against Florida statutes and ADA every time he has ruled against Gibbs' motions. Now to see how long it takes DCF to take her into protective custody. Dare say Michael Savage will be on the warpath tonight!

Today, Judge Greer denied the Schindler's motions for Terri to receive new medical evaluations and the motion to vacate his execution order from 2000.
Greer will announce his decision on DCF's petition for a 60 day stay tomorrow before noon (EST).
More than likely, Greer will dismiss the DCF's petition for a 60 day stay as he has dismissed most of the family's motions to help save Terri's life.
The new Florida bill HB 701 (Starvation & Dehydration of Persons with Disabilities Prevention Act) will be tied up in committees through next week.
PLEASE CONTINUE TO CALL THE FLORIDA SENATORS AND REPRESENATIVES TO URGE THEM TO SUPPORT HB 701.

Someone posted something about Michael Schiavo "struggling" with the decision to pull the feeding tube. I'll just bet! The only thing he's struggling with right now is how he looks like such a monster.
