Today, Judge Greer denied the Schindler's motions for Terri to receive new medical evaluations and the motion to vacate his execution order from 2000.
Greer will announce his decision on DCF's petition for a 60 day stay tomorrow before noon (EST).
More than likely, Greer will dismiss the DCF's petition for a 60 day stay as he has dismissed most of the family's motions to help save Terri's life.
The new Florida bill HB 701 (Starvation & Dehydration of Persons with Disabilities Prevention Act) will be tied up in committees through next week.
PLEASE CONTINUE TO CALL THE FLORIDA SENATORS AND REPRESENATIVES TO URGE THEM TO SUPPORT HB 701.

Terri ping to 3836! If anyone would like to be added to or removed from my Terri ping list, please let me know by FReepmail!
Thanks you two and also the others who posted the news as soon as t was available.
Time for me to go to bed, it is after 1am and I was up at 5:30am this morning.
Tomorrow is another day. Another day to make phone calls and send e-mails.
Goes in every communique now - Florida the Roe v Wade of Forced Euthanasia.
Any bets that Greer denied everything in the same way the the Appellet Court is doing, they deny the motions with no comments. I think if they do it that way, you can't appeal.
Will be interesting tomorrow to see what Greer does with the DCF. Bet he tels them to "stuff it" also. I think it was Wampus who said, "Full Greer Ahead" So true, so sad.
Not jsut sad but I'm mad also.
Many thanks all my fellow freepers. I bump it while you are sleeping you know...
Gotta go back and read Pegitas Prayer one more time. Her last one still suits the situation.
'night all
