Let's all prepare ourselves for Greer to deny DCF's motion for a 60 day stay. We should start praying that DCF does not accept this ruling, that they take Terri into protective custody.

DCF informed Greer that they have authority to go ahead with the investigation. I hope they do when Greer turns down their petition for intervention tomorrow.

If DCF capitulates to George W. Greer, wouldn't it be seen statewide as having lost face, something state agencies always avoid, even if they are wrong on an issue? The DCF should take custody as soon as Greer rebuffs it, and he surely will rebuff it Thursday.
