Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Terri has been in my heart for along time. I understand exactly what you are saying. I'm new here but not new to supporting Terri.
I saw the program. Wish they had been given more time. But at least the monsters weren't on with them. It was VERY GOOD!!! I really like Gibbs, too. He is professional and firm. The Schindler's were great. I especially liked it when Mr. Schindler exposed the HINO.
I'm flying through this thread now.
They even sign the petition to impeach Greer and make ridiculous comments, or give themselves a name that we would recognize. So childish! LOL
Greta knows what's going on. I've e-mailed her before and told her to get more serious legal coverage on this. She is a lawyer and could do something. Look at all the time she spent on the Laci Peterson case. She had other lawyers on as a panel, night after night. Laci is dead, which I'm very sorry about.
Terri is alive. Greta could and should do the same for Terri. I hope she does. I'm going to write her again.
Greta NEVER gives them enough time. I honestly don't know why I bothered to watch it. She goes on and on and on about other crimes, and she gives the Schindlers almost NO time. It disgusts me.
If it can be proven that it was bought with Terri's money or money MS won it doesn't matter whose name it's in. 50/50 property and assets split if a divorce can be obtained. Hope they can charge them all for using her rehab money to pay Felos.

Jessica Lunsford in Citrus County - her grandpa may have been involved in her disappearance. How horrible. (Jessica's dad spend the night with his girlfriend that night and she was at home with grandpa and grandma. grandpa had attempted rape charges in his past).

You're so right. Greer had to know what was going on. Greer and Felos are just as guilty as HINO.
PC93 made the big difference. If not for him, the DCF investigation probably would not have happened.
What are your personal feelings about the hearing today FV? Do you think it accomplished what Gibbs had asked for.....
Greer did a flashy tv commercial which violates the judicial canons. The commercial was deceptive in that he had a sheriff, a public defender and a prosecutor in his commercial saying how much integrity he had. HE APPARENTLY WASN'T TOO PROUD OF HIS REAL RECORD AS A GUARDIANSHIP-PROBATE JUDGE. IMO, he hid that he was Terri's judge by appearing to be a criminal judge in his tv spot. You can view the tv spot or just read about it at my tag line. YOU WILL BE OUTRAGED. Greer won because HE CHEATED and the JQC will not disqualify or punish him. FV

Two things.....
It is very telling that the U.S. House and Senate are getting involved.
Senator Brownback is on the Senate Judiciary Committee with Senator Hatch, and they work very closely together. Yes, that is a fact. And he came out for Rep. Dave Weldon's law in the House that would access Terri to the Federal Courts, where her case could be heard all over again as if starting anew. It's called habeas corpus, and it's what deathrow inmates get access to before they are put to death.
As to Greer changing Diane's and Terri's ages to just young kids, attorney Gibbs said he was mistaken about when Karen Quinlan died...he had the wrong year by several years! So using that wrong date, he concluded that Diane must have been wrong when she testified how old they were when Terri openly disagreed with the Quinlans removing life support. Gibbs said if this were a criminal case, Greer would be overturned on appeal for reversible error.
I never thought of it as Greer literally changing her testimony, but if that's what he did, then he did so by using the wrong date for Karen's death. And someone caught that by looking up the case on the internet, and that someone contacted Gibbs.
Isn't that stupendous!?!?!?

ABC ACTION NEWS BREAKING RE: DCF
DCF cites reports from February 2005. THIRTY NEW ALLEGATIONS OF COMPLAINTS OF ABUSE. THIRTY NEW ONES. They must investigate. George Felos said that DCF's involvement was orchestrated by Jeb Bush. Accusationin DCF's motion, denial of counsel, denial of visitation and lack of therapy since 1993. Gibbs prays that DCF's motion to intervene is granted. (If Greer doesn't, he's toast). Terri's parents contend that new medical therapies can help Terri. One Motion is to have another medical expert examine Terri. abc action news over and out FV

Unbelieveable Corruption IS allowed to go on in Florida. Something is extremely wrong with that state.
The MSM hates Jeb Bush. That's their agenda. This isn't about Terri. It's about their hatred of Jeb Bush and/or his brother. I don't know why the media hates Jeb but because they do, most of the media want Terri to be killed so they can say "take that Jeb."
