Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I almost cried when I read the legal statements from doctors who are coming forward to say Terri is not in a PVS and that she should have therapy. They are all willing to examine Terri and participate in her care. It is truly miraculous what's happening. It's posted over on www.terrisfight.org - new info. And it says more doctors are coming forward and their comments will also be submitted to the court. Greer is being bombarded all right. Go, Terri!
Isn't that horrible?? That SOB has to be the meanest, most rotten excuse for a human being that I have heard of in the present time.
It was NO MISTAKE that Greer changed Terri's age from 18/19 back to 12/13. That was a calculated move so that he could discount Diane's testimony because "they were just children." Greer is very calculating but he's not crazy like a fox. He's calculating in a stupid, tranparent way. Imagine going to such lengths to kill a human being and he's supposed to protect Wards of the state.
Terri has suffered so much. She can't tell anyone and that POS makes her suffer more and more everyday.

Terri's family will hopefully real soon, have a nice place to care for her in. My mind just can't comprehend how this has gone on all these years. It's about torture through denial of therapy and treatment for one.

Attorneys for Bob and Mary Schindler have filed 17 affidavits in support of their motion asking Judge Greer to let medical evaluations be performed on Terri in light of recent advances in medical technologies. The affidavits are from various experts in the medical field. They are urging that Terri be evaluated based on the fact that new evaluation and therapeutic technologies can significantly impact brain damaged and disabled persons. Many of them have stated that there is strong likelihood that Terri is in a minimally conscious state.
More affidavits are expected to be filed next week in support of the Schindler's motion.

Not mentioned specifically but could fall under "experiments". DCF would need to find out if it really occurred or is just an allegation. DCF needs to get lots of records before they are altered or shredded. People are afraid of retaliation, some more than others. The state should protect "whistleblowers".

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: On March 18, just two weeks away, the feeding tube that keeps Terri Schiavo (search) alive is set to be removed. What can her parents do to stop Terri from starving to death?
Joining us from Tampa are Terri Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler. Also in Tampa is the Schindler family attorney David Gibbs. Mary, I suppose in happier times I'd wish you a happy birthday. I know it's your birthday this evening and I certainly appreciate you joining us.
MARY SCHINDLER, MOTHER OF TERRI SCHIAVO: Thank you, Greta. Thank you very much.
VAN SUSTEREN: You're welcome. Mary, any hope tonight that this March 18 deadline that you're going to have some success so that the feeding tube is not withdrawn?
M. SCHINDLER: Yes, I have a lot of hope. My daughter is not as they portray her. She's not in PVS (search). She's not in a coma. She's not on any life support. She's a viable, you know, human being that's very healthy. She's brain damaged. She knows who I am. She knows who we all are and I have a lot of hope that, you know, that she will be find.
VAN SUSTEREN: Bob, when is the last time you saw your daughter?
ROBERT SCHINDLER, FATHER OF TERRI SCHIAVO: Tuesday night we were there.
VAN SUSTEREN: And tell me what you saw. You walked in the room and you saw what? I mean did she respond to you?
B. SCHINDLER: It's fairly typical. When she sees her mother, as we said before, she just glows and she's so happy to see her and then she'll cry sometimes. She'll talk sometimes, attempts to talk and she's just is so pleased that her mother is there. So there's an interaction there between her and her mother. And the same thing with myself at times. I'm not always as successful as Mary is.
VAN SUSTEREN: David, a motion for a new trial. There are some new grounds aren't there?
DAVID GIBBS, SCHINDLER FAMILY ATTORNEY: Yes. We have discovered in the original death order, Greta, that Judge Greer made a significant mistake. He indicated that a witness that had given testimony that Terri would want to live.
And that she opposed what Karen Ann Quinlan's parents had done, that was that first major right to die case out of New Jersey, was mistaken because Karen Ann Quinlan was dead in 1976.
A lawyer in North Florida e-mailed me and said, "Mr. Gibbs, that's a huge error because indeed Karen Ann Quinlan didn't die until 1985." And in looking over the situation, if this was a death penalty case, there are now grounds to reverse this entire ruling. But because this is a civil case we're not quite sure how the judge is going to handle it but this is a significant mistake.
VAN SUSTEREN: Mary, what do you think of your son-in-law Michael?
M. SCHINDLER: What do I think of him?
VAN SUSTEREN: Yes.
M. SCHINDLER: Well, I don't condone what he's doing. I mean how can you starve somebody to death? You know that's a horrible, horrible, unbelievable thing to take food and hydration away from somebody.
VAN SUSTEREN: Mary, does your daughter react differently to you than other family members?
M. SCHINDLER: No. Well, a little bit yes she does. She tries very, very hard to talk, although I can't understand what she's saying. I've been trying, you know, to get her to say I love you and I got the "I" I think down but the love you is a little harder for her. She needs so much help right now. She needs therapy and I'm trying everything I can.
VAN SUSTEREN: Bob, what do you think of your son-in-law?
B. SCHINDLER: Well, I'd like to know where his allegiance is. Is it to his wife or to his common law wife? Actually, I think in other states he'd be a bigamist for having two women and he has children by this other person, so how can he have allegiance to Terri? And how can he be responsible for her welfare? It's a total conflict of interest.
VAN SUSTEREN: All right. Well we'll be watching March 18 in this motion for a new trial as well. Mary, Bob, David thank you all.
