"My private life has become an industry. People are making money out of it," he complained. Coming from someone who has never actually done anything in his life, this is pretty ridiculous.

Prince Charles claims he has been shown "no compassion" by the British public as a result of his relationship with Camilla Parker Bowles. People who are paid tens of millions per year simply to be a good role model shouldn't b*tch when their customers point out they've been a pretty crappy job.

Kind of ironic that he would make remarks like this to someone called HEWITT. ;-)

Dear wagglebee,
In fairness to Prince Charles, although he inherited his wealth, I understand that he took his holdings in Cornwall and developed a very profitable array of business enterprises with them.
The bulk of his income is derived from profit-making private holdings.

The Mail on Sunday said the prince made the candid remarks to journalist Gavin Hewitt in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2003. Maybe he feels differently, two years later. What a stupid smear attempt.

Considering that the Monarchy has outlived its usefulness, Prince Charles should keep a low profile. And as for marrying Camilla, I think he's making a big mistake.
The day after the ceremony, the Queen should immediately name Prince William as her heir apparent and bypass "the Prince formerly called Charles." Only then will the public know if Camilla is only marrying him so she can be "Queen Consort."
Let's hope they don't try to have children.

Charles, you were married to Diana Spencer and you cheated on her with...Camilla Parker-Bowles. You were married to Diana Spencer and you divorced her for...Camilla Parker-Bowles. Let's set aside the potential moral/legal conflicts inherent in a divorced English sovereign serving ex officio as the governor of a church that does not accept divorce. I suggest that any man who would trade in Diana Spencer for...Camilla Parker-Bowles...is simply too stupid to be allowed to accede to the throne.

Claptrap Charlie and his mongrel Rottweiler Classless Camilla are reprehensible individuals. The people know these two are morons. Claptrap Charlie and Classless Camilla should remember the old adage: You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool all the people all of the time.

This is rich! Prince Charles didn't show Princess Diana much compassion during their marriage.
