2. There is not one line in the Bible which says you can hit daughters. Although you may sell them and the owner may beat them.

With all due respect, you are mistaken when you say there is no proverb in the Bible saying "spare the rod and spoil the child".
Proverbs 13:24 says, "He that spareth the rod, hateth his son, but he who loveth him chasteneth him betimes".
The meaning is very clear to those who have eyes to see...
In modern day language, this means..."spare the rod and spoil the child"...sex doesn't matter...girls, as human beings, are as willful today as young men in biblical times.
