Hope an arrest wasn't forced by presstitutes and polidiots before they honestly have the real BKT SOB .........this compliance job he had gave him opportunity to wander the neighborhoods an such I suppose. The press conference at which the arrest was announced was quite ridiculous. It lasted longer than the President's Inaugural Address and really said nothing - just a lot of self-congratulations.

I wonder if he cut back on the murders because people now have cell phones.
His cutting the telephone lines to the house would not have prevented his victims from getting help.
