Lets say they find him guilty, What's the most they could do to this guy?I know their laws are probably less strict than ours (ie. do they have executions?)

I'm no expert on British law, but here in the US he could be charged with a variety of offenses, from perpetrating a hate crime to using a telephone to harass and threaten.  Last time I checked, threatening to rape, murder and blow up people was a crime.

92 seperate incidents of terroristic threats against a particular group - or even the ten that he admitted to - would have netted him 5-10 pre 9/11. I believe he'd be facing 5-10 years per incident now.

There are specific laws against telephone harrassment in the UK under whih he is likely being prosecuted, possibly with racial aggrevation on top.

Sounds like a nutcase to me though.
