92 seperate incidents of terroristic threats against a particular group - or even the ten that he admitted to - would have netted him 5-10 pre 9/11. I believe he'd be facing 5-10 years per incident now.
I sincerely hope that you're right, particularly in Great Britain, a country that seems to have a great problem with allowing people to even defend themselves against home invasion robberies.
I am gravely worried that they will water this down to a minimal psychiatric plea and he will be put under 'house arrest' or some such nonsense for a few months. He will, of course, view this as 'another weakness of the infidel' and it will embolden him to actually DO something quite horrific.
