I have to admit, I havent followed the Terri Schiavo case closely over the years. But one doesnt need to know all the details of this case to realize that Terri will soon die because her husband would rather kill her then simply divorce her and turn over guardianship to Terris parents.
In a stunning display of marital fidelity, in the fifteen years since his 26-year-old wife succumbed to massive brain damage under mysterious circumstances that some believe he caused, Michael Schiavo has happily maintained an adulterous relationship with his longtime girlfriend and managed to sire two children with her. All while remaining married to his disabled wife.
Should not all women be so lucky to find such stand-up husbands?
Even better, Michael happily admitted to Larry King that his mistress has really done a lot for Terri even more than Terris own mother. Imagine that! Maybe when Terri gets better, she and Michaels mistress can be best of friends. What woman wouldnt want to bond with her husbands hooker?
Evidencing his serious commitment to for better or worse, Michael has done everything within his power to try to kill Terri since she fell ill. Hes withheld her therapy. Hes even tried twice to starve her but Lady Justice just cant seem to let him remove the feeding tube long enough to get the job done.

There's a new face of evil, and it's Michael Schiavo's.
This should be read aloud n the courtroom. This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
There is a special place in hell reserved for that man.
Too bad Kerry did not try to cheat on Tur-AY-Saw. She treatened to shoot him.
The title puts me in mind of the Marcello Mastroanni film "Divorce Italian Style."
Of course, Michael Schiavo has gotten as far as he has, legally, because he's appealing to the same criminal gang that wanted to change the election laws to award the presidency to Al Gore.
Many a married man has thought this same thing. =^)
(Why is divorce so expensive? Because it's worth it!!)
sorry for interrupting a serious thread with humor... I'll go away now
how about the woman who was carrying on with a married man.....
No he has not. For the first 4 years, he played the victim. He lived with his inlaws, who supported him and Terri. He had a lot of debt before the "accident". But, he took good care of terri, made a good show, while he was trying to win a settlement.
Within 2 weeks of gaining that settlement, according to court documents, Mikie refused to repay Mr. Schindler for Terri's care, picked a fight with him about it; stopped caring for Terri and filed a motion to have Terri's feeding tube removed, so that she would die!
I have not really commented on this case ..
I find is so sickening to my stomach as a parent that a court could decide to kill my child against my wishes...
As long as her parents want to take care of her then a civil society as a whole should agree...
Have you seen related thread:

#41 is an account of a visit Mr. Schindler and (ahem) Atty Gibbs made to Terri last night and her reaction to seeing a handsome man.
Since Terri is, acc. to accounts, also able to say "Yeah" appropriately, maybe the question should be, "Terri, do you want to divorce Michael?"
see the story in the link above -- in all the dismal, it will bring a smile. take care.
Yeah, what kind of demented loser would hook up (no pun intended) with a soulless monster like M. Schiavo?
I heard that the family said he could have all the $ if he'd just divorce her, and he refused. Why? Does anyone know? It makes it hard for me to believe the motive is money if he isn't willing to walk away after a promise like that.
his motive is not getting charged with attempted murder!
