Evidence has been found that 5th Columinst Ward Churchill copied a painting by reknown artist Thomas E. Mails
Churchill's Serigraph is a mirror image of the Miles painting.
Churchill made the serigraph in question in 1981 and called it "Winter Attack." He printed 150 copies and sold one of them to Duke Prentup for about $100.
On Video, confronting Churchill about the obvious copyright violation by CBS4 Reporter Raj Chohan, Churchill then attacked the cameraman filming the incident.

Also, Churchill claims he earned a Bachelors Degree and a Master Degree at the Sangamon State University in Illinois (where 5th Columinst were created) but school officials cannot locate his Master's Thesis. Colorado University regents expressed concerns that a person be appointed professor without a doctorate.

What possessed Ward to think he could make the kinds of inflamatory statements that he did and people wouldn't uncover his fraud?
Ward Churchill an Native American..... After watching that video I can see that that is a bunch of bull hockey. Hes nothing but a fat old white guy.... Its violent reaction was not suprising. Who was the genius who hired this guy to teach college students anyway. Just fire him and send him to a "real reservation" I hope that that reporter sues him for assault....
I wonder how many students Mr. Churchill got kicked out of College for plagerism?
This guy is a fraud. Pure and simple.

That Michael Savage quote comes to mind every day of my life. It is the only explanation for what the left chooses to embrace, embodied by that fraud Ward Churchill.

I work with a "Free Speech activist" that claimed the Radical Right wing was after Ward becuase he was outspoken.
This "Free Speech activist" is also a Prof. at the Local Community College and has told me tales of students getting kicked out of school after he found they plagerised others works.
I wonder what Mr. "Free Speech activist" is gonna say about his favorite fraud now.

He will eventually kill himself, shooting himself with one of those firearms he bandies about in threatening poses. His suicide will come as the inevitable consequences of his hateful behavior and his complete life of fraud close in. He will leave a suicide note maintaining his lifelong delusion of professional victimhood, and blaming his "persecutors."
