The Chi-coms' Strike Hard was well publicized and they never made any effort to hide it. Tens of thousands of executions were carried out.

Every one of those 65+ million murders was a contemporary news item for me beginning in the late 1940s. Being able to buy "cheap" just ain't that important to me.
