I'm not going to dig through years of posts. They were here, others saw them too. The sign around the neck has been translated on this thread by a poster living in China. It identifies the girl as a murderer (just like the past posting). The source for this post is a Korean blog. The poster seems to be interested in Korean/Chinese issues only..no agenda there.
Google chinese girls executed murderers and these pictures show up in the first links. The date is December 2004.
