Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived at the Wiesbaden Army Airfield on Wednesday dressed all in black. She was wearing a black skirt that hit just above the knee, and it was topped with a black coat that fell to mid-calf. The coat, with its seven gold buttons running down the front and its band collar, called to mind a Marine's dress uniform or the "save humanity" ensemble worn by Keanu Reeves in "The Matrix."

This particular photo can't ever be matched by Hillary or anyone else. Condi exudes power, sexuality, and patriotism all in one shot. The soldiers, the flag, the black cassock recalling Neo from Matrix Reloaded, the boots emphasizing a edgy sexuality. The hair is kept the way it is to emphasize her authority and power.

I said "Good Golly Miss Molly!" myself. Those legs just kill me...

I have thought for some time that this woman is being groomed for the Presidency. Remember, she knows who her Main Enemy is and she, as a woman, knows how to conduct psychological warfare against her doppelganger in the Democratic Party. You dress better, you look better, you are in excellent physical condition, you take photo shots like this, you exude an edgy, dangerous sexuality-you make Women's Wear Daily.

And Hillary doesn't make Women's Wear Daily. When Hillary stops making Women's Wear Daily, she gets jealous. She changes her hair. She gets crabby. The whole idea is to psychologically dislocate your opponent before walking out to the first diner in New Hampshire.

Remember, women do not think in direct terms like men. Women, generally, think in terms of relationships and how power is distributed as a result of those relationships. Rice is one of those rare individuals that can do both. But in this case, she is attacking Hillary from an oblique angle. And the media, Hillary's nominal ally, is doing Condi's dirty work. Rice understands the interwoven relationships between, say, a woman's choice of clothing in a public setting in Wiesbaden, a choice of camera shots, how that might look in the papers, and how a female Senator might react to an accumulation of such "glamor" type shots over a period of time. It is a higher level of understanding reality than we guys normally deal with.

Condi is good. So good she's dangerous. If I'm Hillary, I'm concerned.

It is as though sex and power can only co-exist in a fantasy. When a woman combines them in the real world, stubborn stereotypes have her power devolving into a form that is purely sexual.

Funny how when Hillary was there, there wasn't the focus on her wardrobe or (lack of) sexuality--it was all on her supposed intelligence...now the racist sexist RAT STEREOTYPERS are in full reverse mode, trying to downplay and hold someone back who really HAS it all, to their secret horror. They WISH it were purely sexual, yet those girly-men don't know how to deal with that EITHER....
