"I never have figured out how to get one of the flags for having an active member of the military as a son or daughter. I would love to have one of those to support my son!"

In Spring of 2003 there was an article in my local paper. I went to a municipal building and they simply gave me one of the pennants. They also gave me an absolutely huge box full of things for the Troops. There was a lot of great stuff in it. I spent a small fortune on the postage, but it was well worth it.

I no longer live there in that town, but I have understood that the local town and city governments have those things and you should be able to get one there.
