We're in the clouds today!

Clouds are interesting!!
There are many kinds of clouds.


Behind this cartoon cloud are Lenticular Clouds.

Some of us are in the clouds most of the time.
I'm sure writer 33 would attest to that as fact.
Of course, he would be thinking about the Queen of no Theme, bentfeather.

Many of our FReepers are pilots, they love being in the clouds.

Morning NRA. Have you gotten much snow yet? I think we are about 2 inches so far.

Did the DC govt close? I know that Fed govt still hasn't made up their mind. I sure hope the traffic is not bad. My son has to go into town. The last time they let them out,it was a nightmare for him to get out of the city.

But I'm a seafood lover! I can eat any thing as long as it's fried or broiled, not slimey!!! LOL!

All the local govts have gone to liberal leave mode. I've seen nothing about the Feds but it looks like most of them have chosen to stay home; this morning's commute was a rapid one. Here in Gaithersburg there's snow on the ground but not even 1/2 inch yet (weather forecasters make their predictions in AOL inches, I think).

Just enjoying a nice quiet morning. Trying to get the fire going to keep me warm. Plus, since I don't use this laptop often, I have to update everything when I do use it. I still have to go through the thread to see what has been happening while I was gone.

One of the reasons I chose to stay home is because since they are calling for the DC area to get the worst later today, I did not want to be stuck trying to get back home. Roads are not the problem, if you get my meaning.
