Could be, but the news at noon seemed to say he was not the father. Time will tell.

Untill recently barbee listed his parents home as his address. Also, in April 93 he was involved in a paternity suit with another woman.

Lindley said Underwood and Barbee split up last the fall because Barbee had another girlfriend, but she didn't know of any violent incidents between the couple. I'm getting a sick feeling about this. Alleged perp lives with his girlfriend, and then his ex (who is 7 mos pregnant) is found dead, investigators found a "large pool of blood" in her house...to me, all those facts make this sound like another incident where a woman is killed and people try to remove the fetus from her (to raise as their own child).

This is Texas. The piece of filth will receive a fair trial and then will be dealt with accordingly.

A friend of the family was on the radio saying that the guy was the father of the unborn baby and that she had threatened to tell his wife if he didn't provide financial support and buy her a house.

By his unmentionables.
O/T but ... if only they were unmentionables. If you watched Geraldo on FNC the other night, you may understand.
(You'll probably understand, even if you didn't. The Clinton legacy lives on.)

My wife and I independently settled on the name "Aidan" as a name we really liked, even before we got together. This was 10+ years ago, when "Aidan" was routinely about 65,000th on the most popular baby names list. Then the character from "Sex and the City" was named Aidan, and we knew we were in trouble. Before you know it, it's like the 7th most popular name. D'oh!
Now we just make stuff up when people ask what we're naming our first kid, i.e., "Mike, but with a silent G."
To: arbusto2005
"Mike, but with a silent G."LOL, thats frickin brilliant!
I named my kid what I thought was a not too common name, but now I am hearing it everywhere only a couple of years later... rats...

California Justice? Well, we did just execute someone but, really, we take 20, 25 years at the rate we're going. It's absolutely abhorrently. Justice decades delayed is justice denied.</p>
I'm thankful that this crime happened down in Texas where the death penality is taken seriously.

The root cause, imo, is evil within the hearts of people.

BS How about evil. Don't give killing a pregnant woman and her son such a pathetic excuse. That's the kind of logic I would expect from the left.
The root cause: 'Zionism'
The root cause: 'racism'
The root cause: '...ism'
To: Orlando
The root cause: 'Child Support'Oh, stuff it.
The root cause is the s.o.b. is a murderer.
