The parquet floor of Paris engages of the continuations against the son of Kadhafi
The parquet floor of Paris will engage of the continuations against Hannibal Kadhafi, the son of president Libyen, for violences which he would have exerted on his partner at the time of a stay at the beginning of February in Paris, one learned Monday from legal source.
Hannibal Kadhafi will be continued for "voluntary violence on anybody vulnerable, in the event his/her concubine pregnant, having involved a total disablement of work (ITT) of less than 8 days", one specified of the same source.
Justice also reproaches him "detention without authorization of a weapon of 1st category (arms with war)".
Hannibal Kadhafi should be convened by direct quotation in front of the correctional court of Paris to answer of these loads, indicated a legal source.
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs had announced at the beginning of February that Hannibal Kadhafi did not profit from the diplomatic immunity and that it had protested at Libya "for the repeated incidents" of which he is the author.
An investigation was open on February 2 by the police force after incidents the previous night in two large Parisian hotels which involved the intervention of the police officers.
It is supposed to have struck his partner who had deposited felt sorry for after having received care in a hospital of the Neuilly-on-Seine, for the blows which she affirms to have received.
According to a legal source however, it is only about one "psychological traumatism". Moreover, the complaint was then withdrawn, according to police and legal sources.
A door of a hotel room was also damaged but the establishment did not carry not felt sorry for, according to same sources'.
Hannibal Kadhafi has, the same night, created a new incident in another hotel, exhibant its weapon, a gun of gauge 9 mm, requiring the intervention of the embassy of Libya and its hearing by the police force.
Its gun licence would not correspond a weapon of such a category, according to a legal source.
Hannibal Kadhafi had already made speak about him last September after incidents in Paris between two of its police officer and bodyguards, being challenged for excessive speed and "to have roasted" several red lights. A police officer had been wounded at the time of these incidents.
One of the bodyguards was condemned in October 2004 to one month of prison with deferment and a fine of 1.500 euros for rebellion.
At the time, the Kadhafi son had not been worried for his escapades at the wheel.

I'm not even going to ask how someone might get their weapons pregnant.
Gaddafi's Son in 'Hotel Rampage'
French prosecutors are taking legal action against the youngest son of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi for his allegedly violent rampage at a Paris hotel.
Hannibal Gaddafi faces a criminal court summons for allegedly striking his pregnant companion during a stay at a hotel near Paris gilded opera house earlier this month, judicial officials said.
Gaddafi, 28, faces charges of voluntary violence on a vulnerable person and unauthorised possession of a pistol.
On the evening of February 1, Gaddafi allegedly wielded but did not shoot an automatic pistol at the Grand Hotel Intercontinental near the Pera Garnier, police said.
Security agents directed him to his hotel room, which he then damaged, officials said. His companion was briefly admitted to the American Hospital west of Paris.
Gaddafi was questioned by police and released. He subsequently left France by plane for Denmark, where he is enrolled at the Copenhagen Business School.
Gaddafi was also at the centre of a separate commotion in September, when police stopped him for speeding and his bodyguards attacked several officers.
One officer was injured, police said. Two bodyguards were briefly detained, and one was given a one-month suspended prison sentence and fined 1,000 euro.
