That's the thing - he does put the sink back together. And to say he's not mechanically inclined shows poor memory skills on the writers part. Peter also built two go-karts, three model airplanes, a dunk tank, and an active volcano!

As for your other questions, I can't give away everything, can I? : )

Yes, The Brady Bunch in the White House is covered in the book, albeit briefly. I'm trying to forget that they ever made that movie!

And even though you didn't ask, I also discuss the variety show and the Saturday morning cartoon. : )

I'll give you the model airplanes and the volcano. But did he really build the dunk tank, or wasnt it built by the family, some or all pitching in? Didnt he also have help with the go karts from at least Greg?

As far as I can recall they put out only two episodes of the Variety show on DVD (I bought a copy). How did you manage to see all of them and how can I get the rest of the episodes?

You're assuming I did see all of cartoon and variety show episodes. I didn't. My attention to those is limited to the materials I had available. Nothing more than a passing mention of what they were all about.

Yes, the dunk tank was a family endeavour. Regarding the go-karts, Peter built one entirely by himself in "The Undergrdauate" (season 2) as well as "My Brother's Keeper" (season 5), but, he Greg and Bobby did build a third one together in "Love and The Older Man" (season 4).

All this, but he can't fix a freakin' bike?

I think he can. Maybe he was just a little too over anxious at his new job.

Hi Archy. Domestic Enemies is coming along. I posted some early chapters over here at Frugal's fiction. If you read this one, just look for day two and so on, up to day five.

I'll check it out. I don't want to keep you from your labours, but it's good to hear from you.

Looks like once again, realworld events may be catching up with your plot....

This really is good news!

I remember reading Alan Wolfe's scathing indictment of American Studies programs-as taught on most of our nation's college campuses-with a great deal of sadness, several years ago on frontpagemag.com.

While my own personal experience was not quite as dramatic as the situation depicted by Mr. Wolfe-yes, a majority of my American Studies professors would probably fall under the rubric of "leftist academic", but I don't believe any of them were unpatriotic-I was disappointed by the lack of ideological variety in this academic field.

It's heartening to realize that there are still some very good scholars in this field, and in the much broader academic discipline of American history.

Continued luck with the book, guys!

-good times, G.J.P.(Jr.)

I've actually read the anti-Moore anthology.

It contains some very poignant critiques of Michael S'Moore's pathetic curriculum vitae as a putative documentarian.

I'd especially recommend the book for any leftist friends, who would discover that there are some very odd bedfellows united within the camp opposed to Moore's seemingly implacable parade of cinematic deception.
