Very lighthearted. Upbeat. Enjoyable...For some reason, the QuickTime version seems to have slightly better audio than the Windows MediaPlayer version...
...The audio levels definitely need adjustment.
The way it is, the music drowns out the voice.
...but the sound quality on the streets was unfortunately compromised by some unavoidable technical issues. In any event, as I posted previously, however, a SLIGHT adjustment makes the street interviews in this powerful video MUCH easier to understand:
You just need to CRANK UP the VOLUME, and then you can hear their voices better. From the OTHER thread:
* I could only hear about half of what was being said due to the music AND the traffic noises. I'd rather listen to the traffic noises alone rather than both. The issue was my Lavalier being the sole mic, competing witrh the street. I lost a crew (shotgun) member at the last moment. It's not the music. I tried.: (

ThirdPlanet.tv ^
I began the download (Shift - click - save as) last night and let it run while sleeping.
This morning the file showed to be finished downloading, but the file size was only 8.5 meg. Thankfully, I'm using mozilla, so I can restart the download that thirdplanet.tv has stopped.
Over coffee this morning, it got up to about 19 meg before thirdplanet.tv dropped it again. I'm now at 20 meg, with only 2 more to go.
I have a question for AnnaZ. In on part, you're talking to a guy with piercings and a black shirt, and you hold up a piece of paper behind him while he's talking. What did it say ? Was is "Freepers rule, DUers drule" or something ?
I thought it was very wise and insightful to contrast the billboard with the Marlborough man.
I have to say, I laughed out loud at " . . the bar is constantly being raised trying to provoke or shock the INMATES" . . .; LOL "Inmates" is one I haven't heard.
"I don't think anything could have helped kerry . . "
Classic !
The woman in black seems to understand that the ABB peeked to early in the summer, and understands the martyer aspect.

Way ta go, AnnaZ, excellent, lol! Keep 'em coming.
You're cute too.
(The camera caught the woman with the cup littering her straw wrapper on the star-studded sidewalk, and hence she is now an . . . ILLEGAL! ;-)
I loved how you had to explain to so many of them the meaning of the billboard, when it's so obvious.
Marlboro Man hangs up billboard hat
Dismantling the Marlboro Man -- hat first Outdoor tobacco ads being replaced
April 23, 1999
Web posted at: 9:58 a.m. EDT (1358 GMT)(CNN) -- Tobacco billboards across the United States, places where the rugged Marlboro Man roamed the range and cartoonish Joe Camel came across as cool, are gone Friday, or should be. In their place, in many states, are anti-smoking messages.
Even so, cigarette makers are far from being snuffed out.
Under a $206 billion settlement reached in November with 46 states, the major tobacco companies agreed to remove thousands of billboard ads, but keep paying for the space until their leases expire so that anti-smoking groups can use them. Midnight Thursday was the deadline.
The deal includes cigarette makers Philip Morris, RJR Nabisco, Brown and Williamson and Lorillard, as well as smokeless tobacco maker UST Corp...
P.S. The Christmas boots made their first on screen appearance.
Thank you AnnaZ!
You did a wonderful job!
And how appropriate!
BTW..........I love your home page!

Why do some people use background music so loud that a person can not hear what the people say. This would be so much better if the background music was lowered by 50 dB.
Very good!
