I don't understand why it is that we are so open nowadays about capabilities of our newest boats. Not so long ago this was verboten.

When/Who changed the Navy's policy of "We do not discuss the operations of U.S. submarines".

It is sad. We need the secrecy like in the cold war. Where everything but sub's existance was top secret.
