Nah Kerry is wrong about that. I've been lurking and the Leftists don't want to nominate a loser again! About half of them WILL NOT vote for Kerry! They may go for Hillary and not Kerry. They want fresh meat right now.

Tainted media [Kerry's 'honorable' discharge?]
TownHall.com ^ | February 18, 2005 | Thomas Sowell

One of Jimmy Carter's first acts as President was to issue an order granting amnesties to draft dodgers who had fled the country during the Vietnam war and also allowing an upgrading of military discharges that had been less than honorable. There is more to this than simply a strange date on an honorable discharge. The covering memo refers to U.S. Code Title 10, sections 1162 and 1163. Anyone who bothers to read those sections will discover that they are about unusual circumstances for issuing discharges from the military services. Senator Kerry never signed Form 180 to make all his military records public, as President Bush had done -- and the media didn't press him to do so. Even after Kerry's widely publicized role as a war hero was challenged by numerous men who had served with him in Vietnam, the media remained totally uninterested in checking out his record.

This gross double standard is the real media scandal,...snip

It's not going away Kerry..SIGN THE 180!

Psychiatrists have labeled this recently-observed form of dementia, coupled with delusions of grandeur, Gore-Kerry Syndrome.

I suspect 2008 will be the coming out party for the Greens. There are an awful lot of leftists that will refuse to vote for her in the general if she wins the primary.

For weeks now, I've been saying that Kerry thinks this and arrogantly acts like it, not realizing that he had his one shot in last year's ABB contest. Hence, his Europe trip and offer to counsel W. Pride before the fall. Watch: when the time is right, the SwiftVets' claims will be revisited by (what's left of) the MSM and will be found to have merit when the time is right...

I lurk around lefty sites as well and you are correct. I have seen many a post telling John Kerry to hang it up and he is delusional if he thinks all those who voted for him actually voted for him. They are openly admitting now, for the purpose of disuading Kerry and his supporters that they voted against George Bush and with Bush off the ticket in 2008, Kerry loses a significant amount of his "voters".

I have read several articles on this. The psychiatric community says it is even worse than Dingle-Norwood.

Just saw a couple of posts with Hillary on it for president. They seem like they have decided that Hillary will probably run in 2008. Looks like she might just turn out to be the favorite for the Leftists if she plays her cards right.

I hate to say it, but I think Bill Clinton would make a more classy and dignified first spouse than Te-ray-za would.

That is not so much a compliment to Bill Clinton as it is an statement of how bad Te-ray-za is. He is trashier than trash, but he cleans up nicely. Te-ray-za does not, and is so rich that she has gotten used to letting it all hang out.

The only way Hillary can win is if she picks Obama.(sp)

Her speaking skills are very poor and he's a smooth talker. HOWEVER, I have doubts that he would see her as Presidential Material and would tag up with her.

I saw a newsman who said "She missed her chance....she should have run against Bush in 2004." I agree. We know much more about her now and what we know is not the "good news".
