A Way to Save Terri Schiavo

Here's a way Jeb Bush may be able to save Terry Schiavo: Open an investigation into the possible assault that led to her comatose condition. Have the state pay for her maintenance to "preserve the evidence" and pay for language therapy for her so she can tell us what she knows about how she got into the coma. It struck me that the reason her husband wants her dead might be because he's afraid of what she'll say if she recovers. I don't see how a judge could possibly deny the state the right to preserve evidence of a serious assault.

Hope she's not dead yet.

With all due respect, sir, when you come on this forum with your 2 minutes of google research, and exhibiting a profound ignorance of the facts of this case, it's no surprise that some "venom" might be directed your way. There are some raw nerves here, as many good (and informed) people who have done months of research, and who care deeply about the inalienable right to life of Terri Schiavo, are about to witness her court-ordered murder by starvation and dehydration, in the manner of Auschwitz.

Please note that the court acknowledges that it saw *few* actions that could be considered responsive. That means there were *some* responses. The fact of the matter is that the law specifically stipulates that there be *no* responses of any kind to be considered PVS by the Florida statutes. Even the court admits that Terri doesn't fit the bill for the label, yet it gives her a death sentence anyway. Methinks there is an agenda going on. The Nazis called it the T-4 euthanasia program.

While Terri has been held in a room for five years with a broken wheelchair and the Judge Greer refuses to see her to see that she's alert and aware, FLA AG CRIST goes to bat for a paraplegic man who is bumped from a US Airways Flight he was taking to get an operation at a Cleveland Hospital (probably the place with hino's lawyer got his expert witnesses who lied about Terri).

CRIST helps the man who was on so called "life support" who needed an operation, do subpoenas and target US Airways but CRIST doesn't target Hospice for holding Terri in a Medicare-Medicaid scheme where she must be re-certified every six months that she's terminal and she's not?

Why don't you get off your behind and do a little research? I'll help you. Ask Terri's parents how many times a week they visit her? Wait, let me save you some time... times a year. If they are truthful, they say about a handful. That can be backed up by the login book at Terri's Hospice.
Next, where's all those protesters that are supposed to be at Hospice 24/7 to advance Terri's cause? Let me save you some more time... they are not there! They only come after they have called the media to say they will be there for a statement. When the media leaves, so do they!
Let me say, that I too am all for Michael turning Terri's life over to her parents; but let me also say you are hurting your cause by blogging 100's of inaccuracies. As an example, letting Terri receive cards and letters.. Ok, so 99.9% of them will be harmless, but there is always the 1 nut-case out there that will send something in or on the card that will cause harm to her. And about letting her outside, the paparazzi would have a field day. Her dental health.... it is excellent and her teeth are attended to daily by a RN.. not a LPN or CNA.. a high paid RN! to brush teeth! Now, just where are Terri's parents going to find the money, facilities and time to care for Terri better then she is getting now? Are her parents multimillionaires?
If you all want to save Terri, then you need to get back to reality and stop slewing garbage and untruths. What's happening is you have developed a radical core approach to Terri's fight and the masses are being turned off by it.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH, Judy Woodruff CNN had a segment called "inside the Blog". Terri web sites and blogs had very high traffic yesterday of TERRI SUPPORTERS!

That's is THE TRUTH AND THEY ARE REGULAR PEOPLE, NOT RADICALS. The masses are fed up with judicial tyranny and Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings, IN SPITE OF BEING CAGED illegally at one of the worst hospices in existence. If someone you know ever needs a hospice for end of life care, not FOR BEING EXTERMINATED, I recommend Life Path, not the one Terri's imprisoned at ILLEGALLY.

Isn't it amazing that so many at this site are fully advised and aware of the salient facts that have been presented to a well respected and scrupulously careful judge several times. Let's see, approximately 34 judges at the trial and appellate levels have either heard argument or studied the record in the case. Yet, that extensive application of judicial scrutiny and review is, in the subjective views of the many legal and evidentiary wunderkind at FR, either corrupt, tainted, criminal, or rampant with murderous intent, etc.

It's curious that for folks who are constantly ranting about faithfulness and adherence to the law by the hated judiciary they carry-on to such a degree regarding a case that has been so comprehensively heard and reviewed and found repeatedly to be consistent with the probate law of Florida.
