When Jimbo was president, Admiral Rickover was still running the Nuclear Navy as he did when Jimmy was in the Navy.

One day President Jimbo called up Admiral Rickover to meet. Supposedly, Rickover told "The President" that "I'm too busy to come to the White House --- you come over here."

At which point, Jimbo slithered over to the Navy Office.
