Feb 16, 2005 DUBAI (Reuters) - An unknown aircraft fired a missile on Wednesday in a deserted area near Iran's southern port city of Dailam in Bushehr province, where the country has a nuclear power plant, Iranian state television said.

Man, I hope this is really true and not just Ayatollah propaganda.
Iran shooting at themselves to claim US or Israel attacked them?
Nope, here come the Israelis.
Now this is interesting! I was expecting a move against Syria first.....
One thing for sure, if it is us we ain't firing at an empty tent.
I hope so. But there has been a lot of posturing going on in Iran.
The bombing starts in 5 minutes.....
don't get too excited
I doubt it (although I wouldn't have a problem with it). I think it would be much easier for an American plane to do it because they are based much closer to Iran than Israel's planes, which are based on the far side of Iraq and Jordan.
WELCOME TO FR!............
Got a feeling that Iran is claiming this to take heat off of the issue of them pushing nukes.
Last week they claimed that unmanned aircraft were flying over Iran.
US says it aint so.
Would not be surprised if they set off a small explosive in that area of Iran so they can claim they were fired upon.
Dan will give us the truth even if he has to lie about it!
Iran says it was one of their own planes dropping a fuel tank.
If it was us or the Israelis it would be more than one site.
Could be a warning shot across the bow, could be Iranian disinformation, also could be the 'deserted area' was not so deserted.
Is there really an Arabic language news source in Iran, or is this another example of western MSM screwing up again?
