Capitalism only works then individual rights are defending by government that has adopted the capitalist economic system. Allowing COMMUNITST China to reap the benefits of the capitalist US market WITHOUT adopting the concept of individual rights and collective bargaining rights for it workers is a SELLOUT of the capitalist system.
